Shipping Policy
It is very important to us that you recieve your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 days, Monday-Friday. Orders made at the end of the business day on Friday or over the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.

Tracking info will always be provided. Please see tracking info emailed to you after your order has been processed and shipped.
Return/Exchange Policy

Our priority and goals are your happiness and satisfaction with your shopping experience and order.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we'd like to offer you the option to exchange the item(s) for another size, color or style for equal or more value. If we happen to be out of stock of the item you are exchanging, we will happily issue you a store credit.

To initiate your exchange, please do the following:

1) Contact us, within 14 days of receipt, at hello@shopstyletothet.com or text/call us at 818-835-5086 and advise us of the situation with your item(s) so we can pull your exchange item and place it on hold.

2) Once your exchange is approved, please mail the item(s) back to us, in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached and advise us of the tracking number. *Please note, exchange shipping cost is nonrefundable.

3) After we receive your item(s) and the condition is satisfactory, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 2 business days.
